The Chick-fil-A restaurant at Royal Palm Beach, Florida, along with Chick-fil-A at The Mall at Wellington Green, will host the area’s Ninth Annual Chick-fil-A High School Challenge Sept. 12, 2016 to Nov. 12, 2016.
The High School Challenge is a 60-day school spirit contest in which local high schools compete to win a grand prize based on the amount of in-store and catering purchases by school supporters. The participating schools are Royal Palm Beach, Seminole Ridge, Wellington and Palm Beach Central. Customers must mention their affiliated school at the counter for their purchase to go toward the Challenge. In the spirit of competition, all participating high schools will receive a donation from Chick-fil-A on a tiered basis at the conclusion of the contest.
The contest will kick off on Monday, Sept. 12 at 4 p.m. with a “Best Dressed Cow” contest at The Mall at Wellington Green Chick-fil-A. The four high schools will bring their “Best Dressed Cows” to be judged on creativity, originality, and effort. The decorated cows will be prominently displayed in both Chick-fil-A locations for the duration of the Challenge.
“Chick-fil-A is proud to support our local high schools for the ninth year in a row by helping them raise funds for student organizations that help foster the youth in our community,” said franchise Operator Rob Rabenecker. “This fundraiser has created meaningful memories for our students, and we hope that the 2016 contest will prove to be just as beneficial for our community.”
